পণ্য পরিবর্তন এবং মূল্য ফেরত নীতি

Sharaban Tohuranসর্বদা প্ৰস্তুত থাকে যেকোনো ধরেন ক্রেতার অভিযোগ এটি দ্রুত সমাধান করতে। যেকোনো ধরনের পণ্য রিটার্ন  করতে  নিমোক্ত পন্থা গুলো অনুসরণ করুন

১.  যদি পণ্য কোনো ত্রুটি অথবা গুণমান সন্তোষ জনক না হয় তা হলে পণ্য ডেলিভারি ম্যান এর কাছে ফেরত দিবেন  এবং  আপনার অভিযোগ  আমাদের ফেইসবুক পেইজের মেসেজ বাক্স এ জানাবেন 

 এই ক্ষেত্রে যদি ক্রেতা মূল্য পরিশোধ করে থাকেন  এবং পণ্য নিতে অনাগ্রহ প্ৰকাশ করেন  তাহলে Sharaban Tohuran আপনার টাকা অভিযোগ পাবার 7 দিনের মধ্যে মূল্য পরিশোধ করে দিতে বাধ্য থাকবে।

২. পণ্য গ্রহণের পর যদি কোনো ত্রুটি দেখতে পান  অথবা গুণমান সন্তোষ জনক না হয় সে ক্ষেত্রে আপনার অভিযোগ  আমাদের ফেইসবুক পেইজের মেসেজ বাক্স এ ৩ দিনের মধ্যে জানাবেন।

আমরা আপনার অভিযোগের ভিত্তিতে  পণ্য পরিবর্তন করে দিব এবং আগের পণ্য ফেরত আনার ও ব্যবস্তা করা হবে 

যদি ক্রেতা অপারগতা জানায়  তাহলে পণ্য ফেরত পাবার পর এবং যথাযথ বিশ্লেষন করে  পণ্য আমাদের হাতে পাওয়ার 7দিনের মধ্যে ফেরত দেয়া হবে.  

৩. যেকোনো ধরনের পণ্য পরিবর্তন করতে চাইলে  ৩ দিনের মধ্যে অবহিত করতে  হবে, এবং পণ্যের গুনগতমান ঠিক রাখতে হবে

৪.  ক্রেতা Sharaban Tohuran  কার্যালয়ে এসে পণ্য পরিবর্তন এবং মূল্য ফেরত নিতে  পারবেন

৫. যদি কোনো পণ্যের স্টক এবং অন্যান্য কারণ জন্য  পর্বে  মূল্য পরিশোধিত  পণ্য দিতে ব্যর্থ হলে  আমাদের কাস্টমার কেয়ার প্ৰতিনিধি যোগাযোগ করবেন  এবং পূর্ণ টাকা যোগাযোগ পরবর্তী  7দিনের মধ্যে ফেরত দেয়া হবে

৬. এছাড়া আপনি আপনার অভিযোগ আমাদেরকে ফোন করে অথবা  ওয়েবসাইট থেকে করতে পারেন 

EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

1.    If you find any defect or not satisfied with our quality, please return the parcel to the delivery man and place a complaint in our Facebook message. In that case if already paid the amount and not want to take the product further we will refund you within 7 days 

2.    If you find any problem or not satisfy with the quality after receiving the items please contact in our Facebook message within 3 days. In that case we will work on your problem based on your complain and exchange the parcel and take back the pervious parcel during delivery. And if you do not want to exchange and place a refund request in that case we will return the parcel after inspection we will refund you the money within 7days after receiving the previous product   

3.    If you want to exchange the product you need to informed us within 3 days, for that the quality of the previous product need to remain intact 

4.    Customer also  can come to our office for exchange and refund 

If we are not able to deliver any product for that on our customer care executive directly contact with you and refund you the money  within 3 days after the contact has been made
